Rizzo’s the Riz’s Ribs
INGREDIENTS:
3 slabs baby back ribs, currently cut
3 tiny canisters pineapple juice
1 bottle Wham flavoring or BBQ rub
Barbeque sauce of your choice
1 can Standard Coca-Cola
PREPARATION:
2 evenings before food preparation, soak ribs over night in pineapple juice.ウェットティッシュ ノベルティ
The night before cooking, massage down ribs (both sides) with seasoning and let rest till the following morning.
Do not eliminate or wash rub from ribs, stand ribs up in roaster with small amount of water under and cook at 350 levels F for 2 hours (much less time for only 1 or 2 slabs), periodically baste the slabs with can of Standard Coke. Remove from oven and allow sit for 2 hours (cool down duration).
End up on either a stove broiler or barbecue grill, saucing at the very least 5 times on both back and front of the slabs, about 15 to 25 minutes. Ribs will certainly melt in your mouth!!!!
